2. I’m curating the October Leftover Daylight Concert Series:
With the exception of 10/31, when I am (really) playing a Halloween Polka Party you can catch me doing the door, selling you cheap beer out of the LoD fridge and personally selecting the 11pm set for each Fridays Leftover Daylight concert at the Arraymusic Studio in Toronto. Stay tuned for the lineup of acts.
3. New project: percussion
I have been invited to perform at the 416 Improvisers Festival in Toronto in the first week of November. I’ll actually be performing twice, on 11/7 as part of Glen Hall’s EAR-CAM band and on 11/4 I will be debuting a new trio that will feature percussion and voice. As of now, the new (nameless) band will feature myself and Tena Palmer, and a third drummer to be named (I’ve asked someone but haven’t had confirmation yet… no, it’s not Tommy Lee).
